Please consider about our shipping method and policy.

 

About shipping

We use Air parcel through Japan post with a tracking number.

Estimated time of delivery is 2~5 weeks.

If you would like to upgrade to EMS (it will take 1~2 weeks), please contact us before completing your order.

 

The shipment fee will be calculated by the number of products you buy. But because of the system, the cost will appear higher. Sorry for the inconvenience but would you kindly send us a message before completing your order, we will update the shipping fee for you.

 

Please double check your registered sending address on BASE before completing your order.

Because of COVID-19, Japan post shipping will have less flight and these flights might get delayed. It will take longer than usual.

 

For the customer who are living in USA and Australia.

Because of COVID-19, Japan Post is not accepted in the USA, Australia and some countries yet. We are using YAMATO courier temporarily. Please let us know your telephone number for the order. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the shipping fee as well.

 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY.

-       Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

-       We don’t accept exchanges and cancellations.

 But please contact us if you have any problem with your order.

-       If the item has some damages, we gladly accept returns.

Please contact within 14 days of delivery. Please send us the photo about the damaged point.

Dispatch items will be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

-       Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

IF YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT.
Please call your town’s post office. At most we can send you some photos of the tracking number on the slip of your parcel.
With regard to the investigation of the parcel, once the parcel has been registered as ‘delivered’, the Japan post office is unable to take any further action.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace any orders that have been marked as ‘delivered’ .

Please double check your registered sending address on your order. If it is different from the correct one, we can’t do anything even though investigate.
