[ About shipment ]

We send your parcel by DHL. The estimated time will be 5-10 days. 

The shipment fee will be calculated by the number of products you buy.

Please double check your registered sending address on BASE before completing your order.

Every shipment has the tracking number. We will send you the number after shipping your parcel.

[ Custom Tariff ]

Every customer is responsible for any customs and taxes when you import items from Japan. Especially, the customers from EU and UK, sorry we don’t accept IOSS in EU. The delivery staff will ask you to pay the tax when they deliver.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

[ Policy ]

-We always try to take pictures that accurately represent our products, but because of the device that you will use, the pictures appearance might be change.

-If your products are damaged during delivery, please send us the picture within 1 week. Then return the item in original condition. We may not be able to process refunds for items returned in unsatisfactory packaging conditions.
