[About shipment ]
We will ship your kokeshi dolls by DHL within 3 business days after your purchase is complete. The estimated time will be 5-10 days. Please double check your registered sending address on Shopify before completing your order. Every shipment has the tracking number. We will send you the number after shipping your parcel.

[Custom Tariff ]
Every customer is responsible for any customs and taxes when you import items from Japan. Especially, the customers from EU, UK and some other countries, sorry this shop doesn’t accept IOSS in those countries. The delivery staff will ask you to pay the tax when they deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

[ Policy ]

-We always try to take pictures that accurately represent our products, but because of the device that you will use, the pictures appearance might be change.

-If your products are damaged during delivery, please send us the picture within 1 week. Then return the item in original condition. We may not be able to process refunds for items returned in unsatisfactory packaging conditions.
